Monarc Rental Condos – Phase 1

The Real Estate Financing team has structured a financing agreement with Trantor Realty Inc. for the construction of Phase 1 of the Monarc Condos Locatifs project in partnership with Jadco Real Estate Corporation, which will total 199 units. This new rental condominium community is located at the intersection of boulevards Thimens and Cavendish in the borough of Saint-Laurent in Montreal. The project is surrounded by the Parc Marcel-Laurin woodland and Parc Bourbonnière, and the interior courtyard offers access to these two green spaces. The building is within walking distance of a variety of shops and restaurants, as well as essential services, schools and sports centers, and is also close to transportation services and highways.
