Aubrey Apolinario CPA, CA

Aubrey Apolinario serves as Senior Director, Strategy, Planning & Analytics, where he provides decision-support insights for the CORE Fund’s strategy. With over 20 years of experience, his expertise spans across strategic analysis, fund modelling, financial planning, portfolio construction, and performance analysis.

Prior to joining Fiera Real Estate, Aubrey was Director of Finance (formerly Director of Fund & Asset Management Finance) at Manulife Investment Management’s private markets group, where he led a team supporting all open-ended real estate funds on the platform. He also served as Director of Financial Reporting at Dream Office REIT, which was then Canada’s largest pure-play office REIT, where he led the finance team and oversaw key financial operations. Aubrey began his career at Ernst & Young, specializing in real estate clients during his eight years in the Assurance practice.

Aubrey holds both Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designations. He graduated with Distinction from the University of Toronto, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
