Chantelle Burgess plays a key role in supporting Fiera Real Estate’s development activities, providing strategic insight and project leadership across the platform. She brings over 15 years of experience in development and project management spanning industrial, mixed use, multi-family, and affordable housing projects.

Before joining Fiera Real Estate, Chantelle successfully managed large-scale, multidisciplinary development programs, navigating complex stakeholder environments while ensuring clarity through every stage of the project. Chantelle has led a wide range of complex infrastructure and vertical development initiatives, with expertise spanning feasibility analysis, due diligence, planning, design and construction oversight.

Chantelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Real Estate Development Certificate from Cornell University. She also earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, reinforcing her disciplined, solutions-focused approach. Combining technical expertise, financial insight, and hands-on execution, Chantelle consistently delivers value and drives results.
