Hugo Durand-Leblanc

As Vice President, Development and Operations, Hugo is responsible for establishing and managing national real estate development partnerships. He also oversees the operational activities of the development team.

Hugo has over 14 years of experience in real estate investment and development. He has extensive experience in financial and market analysis, opportunity and partner due diligence and the management of real estate development partnerships. Prior to joining Fiera, Hugo held positions of increasing responsibility with major institutional investors active both nationally and internationally. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the analysis, implementation and realization of assets close to $7B in value, representing approximately 15,000 residential units and over 1.0 million square feet of industrial, retail and office space.
