The groundbreaking ceremony for phase 1 of Auguste & Louis, Devimco’s new development project in partnership with Fiera Real Estate, was held last week. This project, located at the corner of René-Lévesque and Wolf in Montreal, will eventually include more than 2,000 condo units spread over ten towers.
