Fiera Real Estate CORE Fund (the "Fund") and its partner, PC Urban, are proud to announce their second multi-residential development transaction in Victoria, BC in 2021: Esquimalt.

Both the Fiera Real Estate CORE Fund (‘CORE Fund’’) and Fiera Real Estate Industrial Fund (‘’Industrial Fund’’) have closed on a 100% interest in a 944,000 square foot portfolio of five new generation industrial assets in Brantford, ON, well located in proximity to Highway 403. The properties are spread across 58.4 acres, resulting in a low 37.1% site coverage. 

The CORE Fund and its partner, Canahahns Company Limited, have recently closed on a multi-residential apartment located in Mississauga, Ontario. The property is located in the Port Credit neighbourhood with close proximity to the GO Station. The building contains 82 total suites with in-place rents that are well below market.
