Fiera Real Estate is pleased to announce the appointment of Denise Wong as Senior Vice President, Asset Management and Operations.

Denise is an accomplished real estate leader with over 20 years of experience, bringing deep expertise across asset management, portfolio strategy and property operations. She joins us from senior leadership roles at Brookfield Properties and BGO, where she built a strong reputation for strategic leadership, operational excellence and value creation.

In her role, Denise will lead the asset management team, overseeing the active management of real estate assets across Canada with a focus on driving performance at both the asset and fund level. She will play an integral role in advancing the platform by implementing operational initiatives and supporting the continued growth of the firm’s Canadian real estate business.
