Denise Wong

As Senior Vice President, Asset Management and Operations, Denise Wong leads Fiera Real Estate’s asset management and operating platform across Canada. Bringing more than 20 years of experience, she provides strategic leadership focused on identifying best practices to maximize operational and financial performance throughout an asset’s life cycle. Denise brings strong institutional experience and knowledge in asset management, lease negotiations, property management, valuations, and strategic initiatives.  

Denise has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2005. Prior to joining Fiera Real Estate, she served as Executive Vice President, Eastern Region at Brookfield Properties, where she oversaw asset management, leasing, and property operations. Earlier in her career, she worked in risk management and insurance at one of Canada’s major insurance companies.

Denise holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business.
