Gryphon Raeburn-Power is Managing Director, Real Estate Financing at Fiera Real Estate, with over a decade of experience in real estate private equity and debt. Since joining Fiera in July 2019, he has held successive roles within the real estate financing group, contributing to the evolution and success of the firm’s debt platform.
Prior to Fiera, Gryphon held progressive positions at a boutique private equity firm, where he originated and structured debt and equity for new construction projects and led a wide range of mandates across real estate development, M&A, and asset management, with a particular focus on the retirement home industry. Earlier in his career, he worked in Brookfield’s Market Research Group.
Gryphon holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University.
