A real estate professional since 2012, Jessica Huynh has gained years of experience in development, investment analysis and asset valuation. As Senior Director, Development, she plays an integral role in advancing Fiera Real Estate’s development and investment initiatives, contributing to the execution, analysis and performance of the firm’s development portfolio.
Jessica brings extensive expertise in financial modelling, underwriting, portfolio analysis and strategic planning across a broad range of asset classes. Prior to joining Fiera Real Estate, she held leadership roles within the commercial real estate industry, including at Groupe Devimco, where she was overseeing project financial analyses and supporting the execution of large-scale development projects.
Jessica previously held positions with Ivanhoé Cambridge (La Caisse) and PwC Canada, where she developed expertise in financial analysis, portfolio management and strategic advisory services. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and a Real Estate Finance and Investment Certificate from New York University.
