Martin Bélanger CFA

Martin Bélanger serves as Senior Director, Real Estate Financing at Fiera Real Estate, where he plays a key role within the team. He brings over 15 years of experience in real estate financing, with extensive expertise in risk analysis and the structuring of financing solutions across a broad range of real estate projects.

Prior to joining Fiera Real Estate in 2017, Martin spent nearly seven years at Laurentian Bank, where he was a member of the real estate financing team.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), with a major in Finance from HEC Montréal, and is a CFA® charterholder.
